WorldLuggage guarantees to the original purchaser that its products, including suitcases and luggage, are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specific period assigned to each brand, starting from the date of original purchase.
If such a defect arises during the warranty period, WorldLuggage or the product manufacturer agrees, upon presentation of valid proof of purchase, to repair or replace the merchandise free of charge within 60 business days following receipt of your request. Each product is therefore covered by the respective brand’s supplier warranty.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, misuse or unreasonable use, normal wear and tear over time, loss of use, or repairs performed by unauthorized persons.
Please note that no merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization from our customer service department, and all returns must be shipped prepaid. It is the customer’s responsibility to file any claim for damage caused by a shipping carrier directly with that carrier.
