If a defect appeared during the period of warranty, World suitcase or the product manufacturer undertakes, upon presentation of proof of purchase, repair or replace the goods free of charge within 60 business days of your request.
This warranty does not cover accidental damage, unreasonable use, normal wear linked to time, the inability to use, any more than the repairs carried out by unauthorized persons.
Please note we will not accept returned merchandise without prior authorization from our customer service and that these returns must be sent to us prepaid. It is the user's responsibility to make a claim for any damage caused by a transport company directly from the latter.
