To be able to accept a return, we must make sure that the product in question will be viable for reselling. We have made the promise of quality and that’s why we guarantee all our customers products in perfect condition. In order to accept your return, you have to make sure the product is in perfect condition, that it is clean, with no stains, smells or animal hair, with the labels and the original packaging.

Valise Mondiale inspects the items received and then decides if it can be refunded. If you are unsure of the condition of the product you are sending back, contact Valise Mondiale before returning, so we can advise you.

Since anyone can make a mistake, it is possible that Valise Mondiale could deliver the wrong product or a damaged product. If you are in this situation, do not hesitate to contact our customer service. In that case, we will not charge you a return fee. Note that Valise Mondiale is not responsible for any mistake related to the selection of your product, nor a disappointment with the difference between the actual colour of the item and the image online, which may differ from screen to screen. If it’s not a mistake on our part, the delivery costs to return the product come back to you immediately.
