Luggages Expert inspects the items received and then decides if it can be refunded. If you are unsure of the condition of the product you are sending back, contact Luggages Expert before returning, so we can advise you.

Since anyone can make a mistake, it is possible that Luggages Expert could deliver the wrong product or a damaged product. If you are in this situation, do not hesitate to contact our customer service. In that case, we will not charge you a return fee. Note that Luggages Expert is not responsible for any mistake related to the selection of your product, nor a disappointment with the difference between the actual colour of the item and the image online, which may differ from screen to screen.
